Pre-Need Plan
Losing your best friend is difficult, more so when you’re faced with having to settle veterinary and burial costs.
To help alleviate the stress from this, we are offering a pre-need plan which will allow you to prepare for your pet’s passing. Pay in advance for the service in 12 installments, interest-free.

The following are the terms and conditions of the pre-need plan. Availing of the plan means that you have read, understood and agreed to the below.
Terms and Conditions
- The plan is non-refundable after the first month of payment.
- The plan is transferrable – whether to a new owner or to another pet.
- In case of price adjustments at the time of service, you will pay for the difference if the price has increased. There will be no refunds if the price has decreased.
- The final price is determined by the weight of your pet during the weigh-in before the service. Any difference in price will be settled by you before the service.
- The monthly payment will be made on the same day of each month based on the first payment date. A grace period of 10 days will be given for late payments, beyond that the plan will be revoked. There will be no refunds for payments already made. The due date also does not change on late payments.
- If the service is needed prior to completing the 12 payments, the remaining months will be paid in full before the service.
