1. Definition
The following terms shall have the meanings specified:
Client: refers to the pet owner, veterinary practice, or any other representative of the pet owner whose order for the Services is accepted by Green Meadows Pet Aftercare Services Inc.
Green Meadows Pet Aftercare Services Inc. is a company duly incorporated and registered in Bacolod City Philippines.
Services: denotes the services and/or goods detailed in the Agreement;
2. Agreement
2.1. These terms are applicable to all Services provided by Green Meadows Pet Aftercare Services Inc. to the Client. An Agreement will only be binding once the Client’s order is explicitly accepted by Green Meadows Pet Aftercare Services Inc. or by the provision of any Services. Each Agreement will consist of these agreed-upon terms and any additional terms agreed upon in writing.
2.2. In the event of any conflicting provisions between the Agreement and these terms, the Agreement provisions shall take precedence.
3. Service
Green Meadows Pet Aftercare Services Inc. offers the Services as a collection and return service only. The client may deliver and/or hold a 30-minute memorial at the Send-off Hall prior to the scheduled service. The Client is expressly prohibited from entering the cremation premises of the Service Provider at all times. There is no private/witnessed viewing of the cremation process. The cremains may be picked up the next day at the earliest upon the advise of Green Meadows.
3. Payment
3.1. The charges for the Services are pursuant to the Service Provider’s current price list at the time the request for Services is placed (or as otherwise agreed between the parties) and are inclusive of any VAT as stated; otherwise, VAT will be charged separately.
3.2. Full payment is due before the supply of Services.
3.3. The Client is responsible for any costs incurred in the collection of late payments.
4. Ownership and Risk
The risk of loss or damage to goods passes to the Client upon supply, while ownership of goods is transferred only upon full payment of charges (including VAT and other taxes) and other sums due under all Agreements.
5. Disposal
Green Meadows Pet Aftercare Services Inc. reserves the right to dispose of goods, including ashes, paid or unpaid, after 6 months from supply.
6. Assurance
Green Meadows Pet Aftercare Services Inc. guarantees the individual cremation of one pet at a time in an enclosed chamber, ensuring that the ashes returned to the Client belong solely to their pet.
7. Force Majeure
Green Meadows Pet Aftercare Services Inc. may suspend or cancel Agreement performance due to circumstances beyond its control, such as industrial disputes or supplier delays.
8. Rights Transfer
Green Meadows Pet Aftercare Services Inc. may assign or transfer its rights under the Agreement and sub-agreement obligations.
9. Legal Framework
The Agreement is governed by Philippine law, with the parties subject to the jurisdiction of Philippine courts.
10. Data Protection
Personal data collected by Green Meadows Pet Aftercare Services Inc. will be processed in compliance with data protection laws and the Privacy Policy available on the website.
11. Pet Bedding Policy
Clients can choose to have pet bedding items disposed of or returned. Green Meadows Pet Aftercare Services Inc. may donate unclaimed items to charity after three weeks.
Clients are advised on cremation options for bedding items. Washing of returned bedding is not provided on-site.
