We acknowledge the challenging and emotional nature of losing a beloved pet. Kindly take a moment to read the 8 steps below to requesting a service and what to expect. Click on the step for more information. Then complete the Service Request form at the bottom of this page. This will allow us to facilitate the entire process with sensitivity and care. We will be sending you important information through email, so please use an email address that you can access. Your comfort and peace of mind are important to us. 1. Arranging

We’ll guide you through every detail—just start your request via our form. This ensures we’re fully prepared to care for your pet. The form is at the bottom of these steps.
2. Scheduling
Our team will contact you with the next available time.
Our team will contact you within 2 business hours to propose the next available time. We have no service on Sundays.

3. Confirming
We kindly request a reservation fee to secure the date and time.
A 50% deposit secures their spot. Pay securely via GCash, ShopeePay, Maya, cards, bank transfer or BillEase. We will confirm the schedule once payment is received.
4. Welcoming
We welcome your pet with loving hands and heartfelt care.
We welcome your pet with gentle care, completing a respectful weigh-in and final payment. For the smoothest experience, we kindly ask that you arrive no more than 1 hour before your scheduled time.
5. Sending Off
Spend quiet moments with your pet in our send-off hall.
You're welcome to use our Send-off Hall for quiet moments with your pet before the service—at no additional cost.
6. Gentle Care
Your pet is guided through cremation gently as if they were our own.
We take your pet to our private chamber where Individual cremation is performed with reverence and care. We will email you to customize the urn and certificate with any words and photo.
7. Honoring
We handle all final preparations lovingly and respectfully.
We prepare the ashes in our biodegradable urn, and the certificate of cremation. Options for urns or keepsakes are available in our shop.

8. Going Home
Your beloved is ready to go home and be with you again, forever.
Your pet will be ready to go home the day after we receive your reply to our email, except Sundays, between 1-5pm. Our cut-off time for replies is 7pm. We will confirm by text or email.
