You are welcome to personally bring your beloved pet to us. To ensure personalized attention and care, our cremation services are available by appointment, allowing us to dedicate the time your pet deserves. As part of our comprehensive cremation package, your cherished pet’s ashes will be thoughtfully placed in a biodegradable  scatter urn. Upon turning over the ashes to you, we provide a certificate of cremation as a keepsake.

For those seeking additional remembrance options, we offer various urn upgrades and keepsakes for purchase. We understand the importance of this process and aim to provide you with meaningful choices. Visit our shop here.

Your pet’s ashes will be ready for collection the next day, allowing you the time you need to make arrangements. Thank you for entrusting us with this delicate matter – we are here to support you with compassion and understanding.

The total cost you will pay is = cremation cost + additional keepsakes

Request Service

We acknowledge the challenging and emotional nature of losing a beloved pet. Kindly take a moment to read below the steps to requesting a service and what to expect. Then complete the Service Request form to allow us to facilitate the entire process with sensitivity and care. We will be sending you important information through email, so please use an email address that you can access. Your comfort and peace of mind are important to us. Thank you for trusting us during this difficult time.

NOTE: If your pet has not passed yet and you do not plan to put to sleep but know that the day is coming and want to prepare ahead, please click here instead.

Please read the important steps below for your guidance:
  1. Fill out and sign our form below.
  2. If the schedule has already been discussed, expect an email with the scheduled date and time, and payment information. Otherwise, we will propose the next available schedule.
  3. Pay the downpayment using the link in the email. This will reserve your slot.
  4. Bring your pet to the facility on the scheduled service date for final weigh-in and payment of remaining balance.
  5. Optionally use our Send-off Hall 30 minutes prior to service time, free of charge.
  6. Leave your pet with us to undergo the service. We will email you what we need to prepare the urn.
  7. Wait for a text or call from us for the pick-up date and time (usually the day after we prepare the urn – see above, except Sundays).
  8. Bring your beloved home with you!

    IMPORTANT: Please note that for death from an infectious disease like Parvo and Distempber, we will not be able to hold a send-off before the service due to sanitation reasons. Follow our steps here on how to handle the remains until the service.

    I the undersigned hereby represent and warrant to Green Meadows Pet Aftercare Services Inc., that I am the legal owner of the deceased animal described herein, and as such have the right to dispose of said animal. I further authorize Green Meadows Pet Aftercare Services Inc. to cremate the remains of said animal. I further agree to hold harmless Green Meadows Pet Aftercare Services Inc. named herein from any and all claims of any nature arising from said cremation and/or release of cremated remains.

    Pricing

    The cost of cremation is determined based on the weight of your beloved pet. Please be aware that prices may be subject to adjustments due to changes in energy costs and overall inflation. To alleviate the burden of upfront payments, we offer a pre-need plan, allowing you to spread the cost over a year with no added interest. Explore our pre-need plan for further details, as we strive to provide a compassionate and considerate approach to support you during this challenging time.
