Then complete the Service Request form. This will allow us to facilitate the entire process with sensitivity and care. We will be sending you important information through email, so please use an email address that you can access. Your comfort and peace of mind are important to us. Steps to request a service

Step 1: Fill out our service request form to start the process.
Step 2: Unless already discussed, we will contact you within 2 business hours to propose a schedule.
Step 3: Secure your schedule by paying the 50% reservation fee through the link emailed to you.
Step 4: Wait for our confirmation and bring your pet to our facility on the scheduled day and time.
Step 5: Settle the balance and spend up to 30 minutes with your pet at our send-off hall.*
Step 6: Leave your pet with us for the service. They will be cared for respectfully.
Step 7: Reply to our email so we can prepare the memorial keepsakes for pick up.
Step 8: Wait for our confirmation for pick-up and bring your beloved home with you!

*A send-off isn’t possible if your pet passed away from an infectious disease such as rabies, parvo, distemper, leptospirosis, E. coli or pneumonia, for sanitation reasons.
