When the time is near

Advance arrangements

Set things up now, so there’s less for you to do when the day comes.

How it works

  1. Submit an advance arrangement request.
  2. Pay in full or pay the required 50% reservation fee, according to your arrangement.
  3. When you need the service, contact us to arrange an appointment. We’ll respond within two business hours during our operating hours, Monday to Saturday, 9am–5pm, to propose the next available schedule.
  4. Wait for us to confirm your appointment date and time. We’ll send directions to our facility so you can bring your pet at the agreed time.
  5. Settle the balance, then, if eligible, spend up to 30 minutes with your pet in our send-off hall. Send-off visits are not available for cases identified as infectious.
  6. Leave your pet with us for the service. They will be cared for respectfully.
  7. Reply to our email so we can prepare your memorial keepsakes.
  8. Wait for our pick-up confirmation, and bring your beloved home.

Before You Arrange a Cremation

  • Green Meadows Pet Aftercare Services Inc. serves clients by appointment only. Please bring your pet to our facility at your scheduled appointment time.
  • Please remove all collars, harnesses, clothing, tags, toys, blankets, and other personal belongings before your pet is received. Unfortunately, belongings cannot be retrieved afterward.
  • If your pet has an infectious disease or your veterinarian has advised special precautions, please inform us before your appointment. Special handling requirements apply. For cases identified as infectious, viewing or opening the wrapping will not be permitted.
  • Same-day release of ashes/cremains is not available.

When the time comes

Before bringing your pet to Green Meadows, remove all collars, harnesses, clothing, tags, toys, blankets, and other personal belongings. Once your pet has been received, belongings cannot be retrieved.
