Pet cremation and pricing
We treat your pet as we would our own—with care and respect. Your pet is cremated individually, never with other animals, so the ashes returned to you are theirs alone.
What every cremation includes
- Individual cremation for your pet alone
- For eligible cases, up to 30 minutes with your pet in our send-off hall at no extra cost. Send-off visits are not available for cases identified as infectious.
- A complimentary biodegradable urn for your pet’s cremains.
- A certificate of cremation to keep
- Ashes ready the next day at the earliest (keepsake details needed by 7 PM on the day of cremation)
Urn upgrades and keepsakes are available when you visit.
Pricing by your pet’s weight
All prices include VAT.

The final price is set by your pet’s actual weight at drop-off. A reservation fee of 50% of the estimated price for your pet’s weight is required to secure your appointment, which is confirmed once we have received it and confirmed the date and time with you. The remaining balance is paid before cremation begins.

How to pay
We prefer non-cash payments, though cash is also accepted. You can pay with:
- GCash, Maya or ShopeePay
- Bank transfer through QR Ph
- Credit or debit card
- BillEase, to pay in installments
Paying with a card that isn’t in your name? Please send us a photo of the cardholder’s ID and a letter from them authorising you to use the card.
Planning ahead for your pet?
Our Pre-Need Plan lets you pay over 12 months with no added interest. Payments are fully refundable within 30 calendar days from your first payment, and the plan can be transferred to another pet or owner.
